Sweet, kind, and quick with a compliment, speaking in an earnest, grandmotherly voice. She somehow always has freshly-baked cookies on hand.
Backstory
Vandy runs the airy, Qadiran-style Dawnflower Library at the western edge of Otari, tending both its books and its faith. She welcomes visitors with lemon cookies and spicy Qadiran tea, and keeps a careful eye on matters touching the dead and the undead.
