A serious, careworn man, descended from one of the town's founding families.
Personality
Responsible, dutiful, and a bit of a workaholic who too often forgets to spend time with his family. He speaks with many brief, awkward pauses in the middle of sentences, even words, as though constantly distracted. He loves Otari so dearly that conversation with him tends to drift into short speeches advertising the town like a tourism bureau.
Backstory
As both mayor and owner of Otari Lumber, Oseph has been accused of a conflict of interest, but he takes both roles seriously and works hard to keep them separate. He is a descendant of the founder Aesephana Menhemes, the Huntress, and proud of his lineage.
