Appearance
A twilight halfling with the nimble fingers and easy smile of a former burglar, and faint scar-marks on one hand where something once bit them.
Personality
Observant and quiet-footed, forever counting exits and noticing hidden doors. Never fully shed the habits of a thief and still can't resist picking up things that aren't theirs, though these days they mostly steal secrets, recipes, and knowledge.
Backstory
Finn never meant to become an alchemist; they meant to become rich. A ghost with nimble fingers, they took a job to steal a brass coffer from an eccentric apothecary, and something inside it bit them, an alchemically altered creature whose venom left them feverish and dreaming of formulas they'd never learned. The old apothecary, instead of turning them in, put them to work paying off the debt, and Finn slowly learned that understanding a reaction was more satisfying than understanding a lock. They keep the little brass coffer to this day, and when asked how they came to the craft, only smile and say, 'Once bitten.' They have come to Otari to visit an old friend, Yinyasmera, secretive leader of the Osprey Club.
