Clad in black armour and feathered cloaks bearing the sigil and holy emblems of the Raven Queen, wielding one of her Blackblades.
Personality
A devoted servant of the goddess of Death, Fate, and Winter. Holds necromancers as anathema and is sworn to slay the putrid and the undead.
Backstory
Corpi remembers being a mortal whose life may have been unjustly cut short, then standing before the Raven Queen upon her throne. She offered a chance at vengeance in exchange for service: to fetch something from an abominable tomb, and to slay the vile undead and abominations along the way. Corpi agreed, was taught the vows and prayers and equipped from her arsenal, then sent forth, having spent with her some unknowable span between minutes and centuries. Corpi awoke in the ruins of a forgotten building, drawn by a delicious smell to a small clearing where a rat, standing on two legs, was cooking over a fire and, impossibly, speaking. Corpi later woke again with the rat perched on their chest, feeding them the most delicious dumplings they had ever tasted.
