Grouchy, antagonistic, petty, and quick to escalate any conflict far beyond what it warrants. He boasts often of his descent from the founder Vol Rajani.
Backstory
Carman's parents and wife perished in a terrible accident nearly a decade ago, and his life has been spiraling ever since. He runs Otari's primary smithy, specializing in saws, axes, and lumber tools, and has lost four straight mayoral elections to Oseph Menhemes. He is the father of Amicia Rajani, who works the forge alongside him.
